Pagewood Park (Owners Corporation CS1034) is a vibrant and welcoming community in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Our medium-density, cluster-title housing estate is home to 139 privately owned lots and shared facilities.
We invite visitors to enjoy the beauty of our neighborhood. Visitor parking spaces are available for your convenience, and we encourage careful driving with a 15 kph speed limit to ensure everyone’s safety. Our internal roads are shared spaces for both vehicles and pedestrians, creating a friendly and harmonious environment.

The court refurbishment is scheduled to commence Wednesday 28 January.
The courts will be closed for the duration of the works.
The works are anticipated to take approximately two to three weeks, weather condition dependent.

Pagewood Park residents are invited to a variety of events including a monthly Friday noon luncheon at various venues around Cheltenham and surrounds. Come along and enjoy a meal in a friendly atmosphere and relax and chat to your neighbours and other residents in the Estate. Everyone is welcome.
Come along to a weekend group matinee booking to see the latest productions at Mordialloc Theatre Company.

LOCAL EVENTS
Pagewood Park Carpet bowls are a regular feature every Thursday night in the Community Hall. Come along for some fun and games. All residents are welcome.
Pagewood Park also hosts a Happy Hour once a month on a Friday afternoon offering an opportunity to chat to your neighbours and residents in the Estate in relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
